When you complete a lead form on one of our Facebook or Instagram advertisements, or contact us through our website, we may collect:

- Phone number (optional, only if you choose to provide it)
- Responses to qualifying questions (such as your child's year group or exam board)
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as financial information, identity documents, or health data through our advertisements or website.

We use the information you provide to:
- Contact you about the free founding member spots, tutoring service, or resource you enquired about
- Send relevant educational content, cohort updates, and service information via email
- Contact you via WhatsApp, but only if you have voluntarily provided a phone number
- Improve our services and better understand what potential customers are looking for
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party marketers.

If you do not become a customer and do not engage with our communications, we will delete your data within 24 months of your initial submission.
06Who we share your data with
We may share your information with:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): as part of their standard lead ad service, in accordance with their own privacy policy
- Tally: the form platform we use for applications, in accordance with their own privacy policy
- Senja: our testimonial platform, if you submit a testimonial
- Skool: our community platform — if you join A* Machine, limited to what is necessary to grant you access
- Email service providers (such as Mailchimp or ConvertKit) for the sole purpose of sending you communications you have signed up for
- Legal or regulatory authorities: only where required by law
We do not share your data with any other third parties.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (the "right to be forgotten")
- Withdraw consent at any time
